Max and Yvonne were great. I wondered why I needed an appointment for a quote, but after it made sense. It is an educational meeting and worth it and free. Easy forms and setup and done with my device programmed (I had my prescription) and in an hour. Thanks. I would recommend them as this is all they do and massage chairs which I liked while I waited as I was early. Lol

Been coming here every year since 2020 for my CPAP supplies and have nothing but good things to say about Philip Cheung. He’s been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Now for those people who complain about walking in and not getting service just call and book an appt. The staff here take time to get their client everything that they need and time to explain things thoroughly. That is why you can’t just walk in. How would you feel if you have an appt and the staff leave you to go deal with a walk in? Call or email and book an appt problem solved.Enjoy your retirement Philip!

There aren’t enough word to say about the great experience I had with Philip. He’s very helpful and takes his time to explain everything. When I first got my CPAP he explained how the machine worked and help me choose and fit a mask. He explained that if I didn’t like the one I was using to come back and exchange the unopened one. After telling him we were leaving for a trip in November he recommended we get a mini CPAP so we could easily travel with it. Absolutely great service from him and so glad he always has stock in the store.
