General Return / Exchange Policy
MRC Sleep will gladly accept the return or exchange of new, unused and undamaged products purchases from MRC Sleep within 30 days from the date of purchase.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PRODUCTS THAT HAS BEEN OPENED EXCEPT CPAP MASKS ELIGIBLE FOR THE 30 MASK EXCHANGE PROGRAM AS DETERMINED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
On a rare occasion that a product is received with a manufactures’ defect, call MRC Sleep immediately, first for troubleshooting and then, if required, an RA# will be authorized by the manufacturer. Please note that the product will need to be returned to MRC Sleep with your original bill of sale.
No credits or refunds will be issued until MRC Sleep have received and examined the product(s).
CPAP, BiPAP, APAP Machines Return / Exchange Policy
All CPAP, BiPAP, APAP, and Humidifiers are considered medical equipment and cannot be returned once the product has been taken out of our stores, whether the unit shows hours of usage or not.
Warranty
Most manufacturers offer up to 3-years warranty on their products (CPAP, BiPAP and APAP) and a 2-years warranty on humidifiers. Should you find that the product(s) you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact MRC Sleep as soon as possible. Decisions for repair or replacement under the manufacturer warranty period are made solely by the manufacturer. Any misuse of the equipment may void the warranty.
Machines (CPAP, BiPAP, APAP) and humidifiers, which are experiencing functional issues and are no longer under manufacturer warranty MAY be repaired by the manufacturer. This policy varies by manufacturers. Contact MRC Sleep for assistance.
Mask Return / Exchange Policy
Under Health Canada and FDA regulations it states that any nasal interface products removed from its original packaging is no longer refundable. MRC Sleep will only accept unopened and unused products within 30 days from delivery date.
