Rana was very nice & helpful! She answered all my questions & super professional. She showed me how to use my new machine, helped fit me with the right mask size. I was extremely impressed with how thorough she went over the aspects of the machine and maintenance of the machine as well as when to replace some of the components. I had my last CPAP for nine years and no one ever told me about this. I look forward to dealing with them on all future needs for my machine and parts.

I was a little anxious of my appointment at this clinic but I immediately felt at ease after meeting Melissa. She was sincere and genuine which you don't see very often these days. She was very knowledgeable about the equipment, followed up with me a few days later to see how I was making out and the Dr was informative. I wasn't rushed through my appointment and he took the time to answer all my questions. Top notch service, no need to go anywhere else!

I had the best experience visiting with Melissa. She is such a sweet heart and super friendly. She did follow up phone calls with me couple days later, ask me how I feel with the new equipment. Best customer service ever had so far, good job Melissa.
