Didn’t have the thing I called ahead for, wasting my time. Next time just be truthful on the phone; it’s a great way to avoid unhappy customersThe one close facsimile to what I wanted, way overpriced ($250 for an item I see others retailing for $160).Also didn’t love being upsold on sheets when I was trying g to figure out next steps. I don’t care how comfy they are, if you aren’t carrying the thing I’m actually looking for, yknow?I’m sure they’re fine at the cpap stuff but otherwise a crummy retail experience. Glad I got to spend my Christmas on this time waste

While searching for and comparing prices for an APAP machine for my mother, I visited MRC Sleep. Jenn and Tina were very helpful in answering my questions and they provided detailed explanations on APAP machines and features. Nasal mask that they recommended were quite effective and comfortable for my mother. Compared to another stores we visited, they provided a lot better service. Amazing people Jen answered the phone and can help you out with the machines. She is very kind and polite on the phone, make you feel like your an old friend. Tina is wonderful with getting you the correct equipment. She makes sure you know what you are doing. You can come back and get all of you questions and problems solved and they are all just as pleased to help you. Can’t believe how kind personable and helpful the MRC sleep staff are, even the man in the back of the store came out to help. If you’re looking for a sleep apnea store this is the one to visit.Cheers
