Yes. Our experienced CPAP Consultant will provide you the same services and support whether your appointment is in person or virtual.
Virtual CPAP appointments typically last 60–90 minutes. During this time, our CPAP Consultant will review PAP machine features, guide you through mask selection and fitting, and discuss any additional supplies needed to support successful therapy.
You will need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection, along with a working camera and microphone.

We offer a 30 days mask guarantee; however, all mask exchanges and refits must be completed in person at one of our 8 locations.
Yes, we offer a wide selection of CPAP machines featuring the latest technology, including trusted brands such as ResMed, Philips Respironics, and Fisher & Paykel.
Your PAP machine and supplies will be shipped out typically the following business day, once your virtual appointment is complete and payment is received. We use Purolator or FedEx for delivery. The tracking number will be provided to you in an email.

Yes, if you require a CPAP machine, a valid prescription from a sleep physician is required. No prescription required for mask and supplies purchase or sleep screening.
Yes, you are eligible for ADP coverage as long as you can provide a valid prescription issued by an Ontario sleep physician.
Yes, we are a licensed CPAP vendor in Ontario and recognized by most insurance companies. We will issue the necessary receipts and paperwork for you to submit to your insurance provider.
